Wonderful service! The service representatives at Thomas Enterprise Group LLC have provided five service calls to our property in the past two months. They worked on the three garage doors on our main house and three additional garage doors on the separate storage building. They discovered that some of the doors were mounted incorrectly with the original installation years ago. They all work smoothly and quietly…better than we ever expected. We have also had them service the two heating systems in our home. The efficiency of both systems have improved greatly with their expertise. I could not recommend this business more highly. Absolutely top notch. I was having issues with both my HVAC and garage doors. I clicked the link on the internet and followed the instructions to set up an appointment. Shortly after that I was contacted by Kelly and explained my situation and we set an appointment for them to come out and see what the issues were. Kelly and Mike arrived on time and diagnosed the issues and explained a few things about root causes in a way that I understood fully what was happening and what would be need to fix them. They didn’t try to oversell me anything. They addressed the problems and gave me an extremely fair and reasonable quote. We made plans as to when they could return to complete the work that would fit into my timeframe. On the date of the repairs they arrived on time (even called ahead to verify everything was still on schedule) and worked through some unforeseen issues. They completed the work and billed me exactly what I was quoted. No added hidden costs. My experience with them was absolutely excellent. They were extremely professional.
